We are located on the 8th floor of Tower-1 in Umiya Business Bay. If you know the Marathahalli-Sarjapur area, you know the Outer Ring Road is a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a bunch of desks and computers where we handle the day-to-day operations for Idea Dime Private Limited. There’s about a dozen of us here most days. We usually start the morning with some coffee and a quick look at the tasks that came in overnight. Being on the 8th floor is nice because we get a bit of a breeze if the windows are open, though usually, we just keep the AC on because of the dust from the road. We do a lot of data work and some back-office stuff. It’s not the kind of place with a ping-pong table or a gym, just a regular office where people get their work done and go home. Lunch is usually a mix of people bringing tiffins or heading down to the local stalls near the building. We’ve been here for a while now and the routine is pretty set. We don’t really do big meetings unless something really needs fixing. Most of the time, we’re just chatting over the desks or sending messages to get things sorted. It’s a practical setup and it works for us. We just focus on keeping the systems running and making sure our clients get what they need without any fuss.
