Our office is at 222, Nurturelabz, right on Indiranagar Double Road. Growthlakes Digital Solutions Private Limited shares space here in Domlur 2nd Stage. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a couple of desks in this shared setup, which works out well for us. It keeps things simple. We focus on digital solutions, but we don't like to overcomplicate how we talk about it. Usually, we are just looking at data or trying to help someone get more visitors to their site. It involves a lot of trial and error. The coffee machine in the building is okay, but we often go out for a proper filter coffee when we can. Working in Indiranagar means there is always a lot of energy around. Sometimes it’s a bit much, but it keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a massive board of directors or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and empty cups. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, that’s the first thing to go. It’s an honest way to make a living. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up at Nurturelabz and get to work on whatever is on the list for that day. It’s a good routine for a small team like ours, and we stick to it as best we can.
