At Growinture Technologies Private Limited, we are located in MEI Layout, which is near Bagalakunte. The full address is No.572 on the 14th Main Road. We fall under the Nagasandra Post office for our mail. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s where we have set up our workspace. The building is a standard house-style office with several floors. We are on one of the main roads of the layout, so it’s easy to find but still feels like a neighborhood. There are a few trees outside that give some shade in the morning. Inside, we have a few long tables where we set up our laptops. It’s nothing special to look at, just a place to work. We have a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunch. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to other parts of Karnataka. The 14th Main Road gets a bit busy around school time because of the kids, but otherwise, it’s fairly calm. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist, usually one of us just gets up to open the door if someone knocks. It’s a very hands-on environment and we just focus on finishing the work we have for the day. It’s simple and honest. We keep our heads down and get through the week.
