Our place is No. 381 in the Jhbcs Layout, 2nd Stage. Specifically on the 4th Main Road in Vajramuni Nagar, Gubbalala. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but we like the quiet of the layout. Gege And Susu Technology Private Limited is a small tech firm. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us here. We handle a lot of different tech tasks throughout the week. The office is basically just a functional space with some chairs and tables. We don’t spend much on decorations. Most of our time is spent looking at code or talking about how to fix a technical problem. It’s not very glamorous. Sometimes we go out for a walk in the layout when we need a break from the screens. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a business district. We started this because we wanted a place where we could work on our own terms. We don’t have a lot of formal meetings. If something needs to be said, we just say it. It’s a very direct way of working. We’ve had some good days and some stressful ones, but that’s just how running a business goes. We keep things moving and try to stay organized as best we can. It’s a long way from the city center but it suits us.
