You can find our office on Kaggadaspura Main Road in Maruthi Nagar. We are located at No.8 in the Sidappa Complex. It’s right opposite SCT College, which is how we usually describe the location to people. Geek Flare Llp is just a small team working in this busy part of Bangalore. The complex is always full of students and people heading to the college across the street. There is quite a lot of noise from the traffic on the main road, but we have grown used to it over time. Inside the office, the main sound is just us typing. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a dedicated person at a front desk. We just have our workstations set up in a way that makes sense for the work we do. The Sidappa Complex houses a few other shops and offices, so there is always some activity. We usually grab snacks from the vendors standing outside the gate. The work involves many technical details, so we spend most of our hours focused on our computer screens. It is a very straightforward environment. We don't have many meetings; we just talk to each other when something comes up. The location is easy for everyone to reach. We just focus on getting through our daily list of responsibilities. It is a practical workspace for a group like ours, and we like the local feel. There's a small parking area for our bikes which makes things easier.
