We are located at No 4 on 1st Cross Road in Bangalore. It is a pretty basic spot, and that suits us just fine. Fritado Technologies Private Limited operates from this small building where the rooms are filled with hardware and a bunch of workstations. The street outside isn't very wide, so it’s usually just local traffic and people walking to the nearby shops. Our office life is quite simple. We start the day early, and the first thing someone does is get the coffee pot going. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. It’s just us, the staff, sitting around and working on our laptops. Sometimes we have meetings where we just sit on whatever chairs are available and talk through a problem. The 560076 area is a mix of homes and small businesses, so it feels very down-to-earth. We don't use much corporate jargon here; we just say things as they are. If something is broken, we fix it. If a project is running late, we stay until it’s done. There isn't any mystery to how we work. It’s just about putting in the hours and making sure the technology we’re building actually works the way it’s supposed to. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town, and we’re happy with that setup.
