Fraze Software Solutions Private Limited

Our office is at 302, Mytri Palace, which is at number 22 on 4th Main in N S Palya. We are in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, so it is a pretty active part of Bangalore. Fraze Software Solutions Private Limited is a small outfit. We don't have a giant HR department or a floor full of managers. It is just us, sitting at our desks and trying to get through the day's tasks. The building is a standard one, nothing fancy about it. We have been here for a while and we've gotten to know the local tea stall owners and the other folks in the building. Our day usually starts with a quick chat about what needs to happen, and then we just get to it. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or corporate jargon. If you ask us a question, we will give you a straight answer, even if it is not what you want to hear. Sometimes the internet acts up or we spend three hours arguing over a single line of code, but that is just how it goes. We don't pretend to be perfect. The office is a bit lived-in, with some old chairs and a lot of notebooks lying around. We just care about the work being right. At the end of the day, we are just regular people who happen to be good at software, trying to do our best from this corner of BTM Layout.
