You can find Forward Technologies right on MG Road in Bangalore. We are in the Barton Centre, specifically at number 212. Being in the middle of the city means it’s always loud and there’s always something happening. We’ve been here for a good while, and the Barton Centre is one of those classic buildings everyone knows. Our office is a simple setup where we handle various tech tasks throughout the day. We don’t really go in for the whole tech startup vibe with beanbags and free snacks. It’s more of a place where you come to work, talk to your colleagues, and then head back into the MG Road crowd at the end of the day. The team is a mix of different backgrounds, but we all get along pretty well. We have our fair share of long afternoons when the rain is pouring down outside and we’re just trying to get a project finished. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just figure things out as we go. It’s an honest way to work, and we like being right in the thick of things in Bangalore. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, but that’s just part of being in an older landmark. We’re just a bunch of people doing our best with the tools we have and trying to get things right.
