We operate out of Shoba Dream Acres, which is located on Balagere Road in the Panathur area. Our place is house number 13038. It’s a large residential complex, so finding the right block can be a bit tricky for people visiting for the first time. Florecer It Solutions Private Limited started here because it was a convenient spot for the founding team. The atmosphere is different from a traditional office park; it feels more like a community. We have our workspace set up inside one of the units. It’s got a kitchen, a living area converted into a workspace, and plenty of power outlets for our gear. We spend our mornings looking at code and our afternoons in meetings. Sometimes the noise from the construction nearby gets a bit loud, but we’ve learned to ignore it. The area around Balagere is growing really fast, so there’s always something new being built. We like being in this part of town despite the traffic on Panathur Road being quite heavy during peak hours. Usually, we just stay in and work through the rush. It’s a comfortable enough space for a small team like ours. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. We just do our work from here and try to stay productive. It’s a very grounded way to run a business, and it suits us perfectly. The neighbors are mostly families, which keeps the vibe calm and steady throughout the work week.
