We started this because we saw a need for practical tech help that doesn't cost a fortune. It’s not a shiny glass building, but it’s ours and we’ve made it comfortable enough to work in. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of biscuits, but we manage. We aren't fans of long meetings that go nowhere, so we usually just talk across the desks to get things sorted. People come to us when they have a technical problem they can't solve on their own. We look at what’s wrong and try to find a way to fix it using the tools we have.
