We’re over at C-16 in Vaishnavi Orchids, right near Kasavana Halli. It’s a busy part of Sarjapur Road. Some of us have been here a while now. The office is tucked into the 32 Kpc Layout. Getting here in the mornings can be a bit of a crawl because of the traffic on Sarjapur Road, but that’s just how it is in Bangalore. We spend most of our time at our desks just getting the work done. There isn’t a whole lot of fancy stuff here. Just a bunch of computers and a few desks where we sit and handle things for Exium India Private Limited. We keep to ourselves mostly. Sometimes we go out for tea near the layout when we need a break from the screens. It’s a pretty quiet spot once you get inside the building away from the main road noise. We’ve got a few plants near the window that probably need more water than they get. People often ask where exactly we are because the layout can be a bit confusing if you’re new to the area. We just tell them to look for the orchids building. It’s a decent place to work from. Nothing too special, but it works for what we need to do every day. We usually head out by six or seven depending on how much is left on the plate. That's about it really for our daily routine here.
