Ethicalagile Private Limited

Ethicalagile is based in Flat 109, C Block, over at Vishnu Residency. We are right next to the Narayana School in Thubarahalli. If you’ve ever been here around school pick-up time, you know it’s a total mess of cars and buses, so we usually try to stay inside during those hours. Our office is a typical apartment unit that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got that lived-in feel, with a few scuffs on the walls and furniture that doesn't quite match. We like it that way because it’s comfortable. In the 560066 area of Bangalore, things are always changing, but our little corner of C Block stays pretty consistent. We’ve got desks set up in the main room, and the pantry is always stocked with snacks because we tend to work through lunch more often than we should. The light comes in really well in the mornings, which is nice. We don't have a receptionist or a big corporate sign on the door, just a small nameplate so people know they’re in the right place. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks, or you can hear the kids playing outside, but it just adds to the atmosphere. We are just a group of people doing our best to stay productive in a space that feels more like a home than a cubicle. It’s simple, honest work in a regular neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
