It’s a pretty well-known landmark, so people don’t usually get lost trying to find us. The area has a nice feel to it, being a mix of homes and small businesses. Our office isn't anything flashy. We have the usual setup of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a bunch of computer monitors that seem to stay on all day. Working in R T Nagar is convenient because everything we need is close by. We aren't the type of company that has big meetings in boardrooms. We usually just talk over the tops of our screens when something comes up. It’s a very hands-on environment. The sound of the church bells and the traffic on CBI Road are just part of the background noise for us now. We focus mostly on our technical projects and try to stay on top of the workload. There is always a lot to do, and not enough hours in the day sometimes. We take turns making tea and occasionally someone brings in snacks to share. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t put on an act for anyone. We’re just here to do the work we were hired for and make sure things run smoothly. It is a solid place to work.
