Ess India Llp is based over in Doorvani Nagar, specifically tucked into SRR Layout. If you know the area at all, it’s quite close to the post office. Finding number 77 isn't too hard once you get into the smaller layout streets, though the lane is narrow. It is much quieter here than in the middle of Bangalore, which is a nice change of pace. We have a small team working here. Most days start with a pot of coffee and a quick chat about what needs to be finished by the time we head home. We don’t have those massive glass walls or shiny floors you see in the big tech parks. It’s more of a local, neighborhood setup. Sometimes the internet acts up for no reason, and we have to wait around for the technician to come and take a look. It’s just how things go. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and most of the neighbors know who we are. The layout has some decent trees, so it stays a little cooler during the hot summer months. We don't really do big meetings with suits and ties. Usually, it's just us in our regular clothes sitting around our desks. We focus on getting through the daily tasks without making much of a fuss. The mail comes to the Doorvani Nagar post, and we walk over to pick it up. It feels like a normal workplace.
