Our office is in the F Block, specifically unit F301, at the Niladri complex. The address is Sy No 101 & 156 / 2 in D Thogur, which is down in the Bangalore-560100 area. It’s a bit of a trek to get here depending on where you are coming from, and the roads in D Thogur can be quite bumpy. Dois Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is a small operation. Being in an apartment block means it feels more like a home than a traditional office. We have a balcony where we sometimes take our phone calls or just stand to get some air. The rooms are filled with monitors and cables. It’s not particularly stylish, but it’s where we get everything done. We usually have the fan going all day because it gets a bit warm in the afternoons. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad for everyone. We have our own rhythm here. There’s no big boss breathing down our necks; we just know what we have to do. Sometimes we stay late if a project is proving to be difficult, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. The Niladri area is mostly residential, so it’s pretty quiet during the day while everyone is at work. It’s just a decent, no-frills place to run a business from. We’ve got our small kitchen for coffee and that’s about it for the setup.
