Deskera Systems India Private Limited

Deskera Systems is located at Flat No 402 in the Paras Pearl building. It’s right in the Green Glen Layout, just off the Sarjapur Outer Ring Road in Bellandur. If you know that area, you know how the traffic can get. It’s a major hub, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Being in a flat converted into an office makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold office building. We have a kitchen area where we make tea. The 402 number is easy to find once you get inside Paras Pearl. Bellandur is full of tech companies, but we try to keep things low-key here. We don't have big flashy signs or anything like that. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and discussing how to fix things. It can get pretty quiet when everyone is focused. Sometimes we open the windows to let some air in, though the noise from the Outer Ring Road comes in too. The layout is actually quite nice to walk through during a lunch break. There are some trees and smaller shops around. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been in Bangalore forever and some who just moved. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We don't really go for the whole corporate culture thing. We just work together and try to get home before the worst of the evening traffic hits.
