Demandwork Software Private Limited is based out of Jayanagar, at No 715/29 on 10th A Cross in the 4th Block. Jayanagar is a great part of Bangalore to be in, though finding a parking spot near our building can be a real challenge some days. Our office is a simple one. We didn’t spend a lot of money on decorations or high-end furniture. We just got what was necessary to start working. It’s a bit of a mixed bag of desks and chairs, but it gets the job done. We like the vibe of the 4th Block because everything you need is within walking distance. We’re just a small group of people. There isn't a hierarchy where you have to jump through hoops to get an answer. If someone has an idea, they just say it. We started this company because we wanted to do things simply. No big speeches, no corporate retreats, just daily work. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when we’re all talking at once, and other times it’s so quiet you can hear the clock ticking. We’ve had some long nights here, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. It’s not always easy, and we’ve definitely made some mistakes along the way, but we learn as we go. We’re just a local business trying to do honest work and keep our clients happy without all the usual corporate fluff that you see everywhere else.
