D-Three Softwares Private Limited

D-Three Softwares is located at Villa 42 on the ground floor of Prestige White Meadows in Whitefield. It is a very quiet and nice area, tucked away in the Sathyafai Layout. Working out of a villa is different from a regular office building. It feels much more relaxed. We have our desks set up on the ground floor, and there is a lot of green outside the windows. Whitefield Main Road is usually a mess of traffic, so we are glad to be a bit away from that noise. We are a small group of developers and designers. There is no big hierarchy here; we all just do what needs to be finished. Sometimes we work from the garden area when the weather is good. It is a very comfortable environment, which helps when we have to focus on complicated software problems. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. If someone comes by, one of us just goes to the door. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the code is right. The routine is pretty steady. We start in the morning and keep going until the work is done. It is a bit of a luxury to have such a peaceful spot in a city as busy as Bangalore. We appreciate the space and the quiet we have at Villa 42. It’s a good place for a small company like ours to stay productive without the usual office stress.
