Cxlogix Solutions is based out of Banashankari 2nd Stage. Specifically, we are at number 172 on the 4th Cross, near 7th Main in Kaverinagar. It’s a busy part of the city, very lived-in and active. We’ve been here for a bit now. The office is tucked away in one of those narrow streets that Bangalore is famous for. You have to watch out for the bikes when you're walking in. We are just a local group of people trying to make a go of it in the tech solutions space. Our setup is pretty basic—just some tables, chairs, and our systems. We don’t have any fancy decor or anything. It's more about getting the work finished than looking like a big company. Sometimes the power cuts out for a minute and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of being in this neighborhood. We know the shopkeepers nearby and usually get our tea from the stall at the corner. It’s a good community feel here. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's an issue, we just talk it out. We work hard, go home, and come back the next day to do it again. It’s a simple way of working but it suits us fine. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to do what we do, just a quiet corner and enough time to concentrate.
