Ctob Solutions Private Limited is located over in Electronic City Phase 1, specifically inside the Ittina Mahavira complex. Our spot is H-611, which isn't too hard to find if you know your way around Neeladri Road. It’s a busy area of Bangalore, especially during the shift changes, so we usually try to get in early or stay a bit late to avoid the worst of the traffic. The apartment complex vibe makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold, glass office building. We’ve got our desks set up and we just get to work on whatever needs finishing. Sometimes the lift takes a while, so we end up chatting with neighbors or delivery guys while waiting. It’s a practical setup for us. There isn't any fancy art on the walls or a receptionist at a big desk. It's just us at our computers. Bangalore can be quite loud, but back here in Phase 1, it feels like we’re right in the middle of all the tech stuff happening. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the list of things to do. It’s a straightforward life here. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders as long as the work is getting handled properly and everyone knows what their job is for the day. It just works for us and the way we do things.
