Costheta Technologies Private Limited is situated at No. 12, on the 4th Main in Bikasipura. We’re under the Subramanyapura Post area here. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which we actually prefer over a loud industrial estate. Our office is just a regular building where we’ve set up our workstations. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way, focusing on the actual work instead of just talking about it. There’s no big hierarchy here; if something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it and gets started. We work on a variety of technology-related things, mostly helping out other businesses that need an extra hand with their systems. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment lying around, but we make it work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a fancy sign. We’d rather spend our time getting the details right on a project. Lunch breaks usually involve walking down the street to find something to eat. It’s a simple life, but it’s good. We have a solid little team and we’ve been through some long days together. We just want to keep doing what we do and see where it takes us. There’s no big plan for world dominance, just a desire to do good work and pay the bills. It’s honest and it keeps us busy most of the time.
