It’s tucked away off the Chokkanahalli Main Road, which can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the Thanisandra area. Being in a residential building means it stays pretty quiet most of the time, which helps us focus on our work. We’ve set up our desks in the main living area and one of the rooms. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The balcony gives us a decent view of the road when we need a break from looking at computers. We don't have big corporate signs or anything like that, just our small team working away. Most of our days are spent on calls or writing code while the neighbors go about their business. We usually order lunch from one of the nearby places or bring something from home. It’s a very low-key environment. Sometimes the lift takes a while, but that’s just how it goes here. We aren't trying to be some massive entity; we just want to do our jobs well and get through the task list. It’s a practical setup for us right now, and the commute isn't too bad for most of the people who work here in the city.
