Compensationcloud Private Limited is based out of 86/1, 1st Cross in New Thippasandra. We are right in the HAL 3rd Stage area, quite close to the Anjaneya Temple. You can usually hear the bells or the sounds from the temple during the day, which is actually kind of nice. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it works for us. We handle stuff related to compensation and data, which means we spend a lot of time with spreadsheets and numbers. It’s practical work. The traffic around New Thippasandra Main can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to time our commutes carefully. We’ve got a small team here in the 560037 area. Sometimes we grab snacks from the vendors near the temple when we need a break. It's a very local feel here, not like those big tech parks on the outskirts of the city. We like being in a neighborhood where you can actually walk to get a decent meal. There’s no big reception desk or fancy art on the walls. It’s just desks, chairs, and people working. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home before the rain starts or the traffic gets even worse. It's a simple life in the office and we just keep moving along.
