Codemantium Private Limited

We operate out of Jayanagar 4th Block, which is a pretty well-known part of Bangalore. Our specific address is 23/1A/39 on the 27th Cross. It’s a busy area with a lot going on outside, but inside our office, we try to keep things focused. We started Codemantium because we wanted a place where we could just write code and solve problems without a lot of overhead. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks. Jayanagar is a great place to be because there is always somewhere to get good food nearby when we take a break. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. Everyone just pulls their weight and helps out where they can. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and other days we head out early. It's a bit of a trek for some of the staff to get here through the city traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve got a small team and we know each other's habits pretty well. There’s no big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep our clients happy. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do every day. We just focus on the screen and the code.
