Cocosys India Private Limited is based out of No 91 on Model House Street in Basavanagudi. It’s a very old and traditional part of Bangalore, which gives our office a bit of a different feel compared to the newer tech hubs. We really like being on Model House Street because it feels like a real neighborhood. Our office is a simple setup where we handle various Indian and international tech requirements. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just want to provide solid work for the people we deal with. Most of the staff here have been with us for a long time. We don't have a polished corporate image or a big social media presence. We just focus on the software and systems we are building. The building itself is older, which we think has some character. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we manage. We take our breaks at the local South Indian spots nearby, which is one of the best parts of working in Basavanagudi. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the requirements, give a fair estimate, and get to work. It’s a practical way to run a business and it has served us well so far. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a nice part of town.
