We are based out in R.R. Nagar, specifically in the Sudarshan Layout near Halage Vaderahalli. It’s a lot quieter here than being in the middle of the city, which we all appreciate. The address is 4231/34. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the other side of town, but the roads are generally wider and there is more green around us. Our office isn’t in one of those massive tech parks. It’s more of a local building that blends in with the houses around it. Inside, it feels quite cozy, maybe a bit too cozy when we are all busy at once. We have basic wooden desks and some plastic chairs for guests. The commute for most of the staff involves a lot of winding turns through the residential streets. We usually bring our own lunch boxes and eat together at the main table. There is a small balcony where you can see the tops of the trees and hear the birds, which is a nice break from looking at screens all day. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we have to wait for the backup to kick in. It is a simple setup. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and we are right there. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for us.
