We are over at 595 D. Group Employees Layout, in the 1st A Block of Lingadheeranahalli. It is a bit of a quiet corner of Bangalore. Brown Reed Agri-Waste Innovationsprivate Limited started here because we had the space and it just felt right at the time. We do not have a big glass office in the middle of the city. We are tucked away in the 560091 area. Most of the people around here are just trying to get through their workday, and we are no different. We spend a lot of time thinking about what to do with agricultural waste. It is not something everyone finds interesting, but we do. The office is just a room with some computers and a lot of samples of different materials we are testing. We do not have a receptionist or a coffee machine. If someone wants a drink, we just put the kettle on. It is a very basic way of doing things, but it keeps our costs down. We are not interested in sounding like a big tech startup. We are just people working on a problem we think is important. The streets here can be a bit tricky to navigate if you are not from the neighborhood. We have been here for a while and we like the layout. It is a good place to focus on the work without having too many distractions from the main city.
