Our little office for Bmn Infotech Private Limited is tucked away in Nihal Vill, right there on the first floor. If you know the Yelankha area in Bangalore, you’ve probably passed by our street without really noticing the building. It’s a pretty standard space, nothing too flashy, just enough room for the desks and computers we need to do our work. Being in Sampghihalli means we get a mix of that residential feel and the usual Bangalore city hum. We’ve been operating from here for a while now, and most of us live close enough that the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in this city. The office itself is usually cluttered with notebooks and empty tea cups by the afternoon. We focus on IT work, mostly handling technical stuff that comes our way. There isn't a reception desk or a person in a suit greeting you; it’s usually just whoever is closest to the door that looks up. We like it that way. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. Sometimes the power flutters or the internet acts up, and we all just take a collective break until it’s back. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is just on finishing the projects we have on our plates. We don’t spend much time on fancy meetings, we just talk across the room. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just putting in the hours and making sure the work is solid before we head home.
