Bluebell-Labs Services Private Limited operates out of Flat-116 in the Kuteer Bliss Apartments. Being in a residential building in Kalena Agrahara makes for a pretty different workday compared to being in a big glass tower downtown. It’s mostly quiet around here, except when the school buses come through Begur in the afternoon. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers, and it feels more like a home than an office most days. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks while we’re on a call, but nobody really minds. We do a lot of service work, mostly technical things that keep us glued to our seats for hours. There’s a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunch and talk about things that aren’t work-related. It's a small team, so we all know each other's habits, like who leaves their mugs out or who forgets to turn off the lights. The apartment setup works for us because we don't need a huge warehouse or a fancy lobby to get things done. We just need decent internet and enough space for everyone to sit. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but that doesn’t happen too often. Mostly, we just stay focused on the tasks we have for the day and try to finish up before it gets too dark outside. Living and working in the same general area has its perks, mostly avoiding the worst of the Bangalore traffic.
