We’re located in Teachers Colony, which is part of Koramangala 1st Block. The address is No 98, on the 2nd Main road. It’s a pretty decent spot in the 560034 area of Bangalore. Bentrix Technologies has been operating from here for a few years. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main commercial stretches of Koramangala. Our office is inside a converted building. It feels more like a house than a workplace, which we actually prefer. We have a small backyard where we sometimes sit for a few minutes to get some air. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of monitors. We aren't big on decorations. We have a few old posters on the walls and that’s about it. The team is pretty tight-knit. We know each other's families and what everyone likes to eat. We don't do those fancy performance reviews every month. We just talk about what’s working and what isn't. It’s a very human way of doing things. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break until it comes back. We don't stress too much about it. Life is too short to worry about every little thing. We just do our best work and try to keep things moving forward in our own way without any corporate fuss or complicated sets of rules.
