B2Work Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is run out of Villa No 116 in the Rayal Pride area of Kuthaganahalli. Working from a villa gives us a lot more space and a much more relaxed vibe than a standard office building. We’ve turned some of the rooms into workstations and left the rest for more casual meetings or just taking a break. Kuthaganahalli is a bit out of the way, which we actually prefer because it’s much quieter than the center of Bangalore. We don’t get a lot of random foot traffic, so we can really focus on our technology projects. The team is small, which is why we’re an OPC (One Person Company) structure, though we do have people helping out. We handle a lot of the backend stuff that makes websites and apps work. It’s not always glamorous work, and sometimes we’re up late dealing with a server issue, but we enjoy the challenge. The villa has a nice little garden area where we sometimes sit to talk through ideas. We don't have a big HR department or fancy company policies. We just have a simple way of working that revolves around getting the job done without any unnecessary drama. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day, and we think that helps us do better work in the long run. There’s something nice about working in a house rather than a cubicle all day and we appreciate it.
