Avantgarde Technologies is just a few of us working out of Flat 330 in the Anand Somu Pristine building. It is a quiet spot in Bangalore near Survey no.25. Honestly, most days involve sitting at our desks with a lot of coffee while we try to figure out tech problems. Being in an apartment complex means it doesn't really feel like a stiff office. You can hear the normal sounds of the neighborhood outside. We’ve been at it for a while now. The space is a bit crowded with monitors and cables everywhere. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick break when the screen time gets to be too much. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a practical place where we get our work done. Bangalore traffic is always a mess, so we're glad we don't have to commute too far into the city center. We just focus on the projects we have on our plate. It’s pretty straightforward. We don’t have big meetings or formal dress codes. If you stopped by, you’d probably see us in t-shirts just typing away. We like the setup because it keeps things simple and lets us focus on what we actually know how to do. The area around here is still growing, so there's always some construction noise in the distance, but you get used to it after a week or two. That's pretty much who we are and where we spend our time.
