Our office is located in the Pradhan Pelican building, over in Avani Sringerinagar. It’s part of the BTM 6th Stage area, specifically near Nyanappanahalli in Begur. Ateerna Solutions is basically just a group of us who enjoy the technical side of things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bangalore, we just want to be good at what we do. The office is a bit of a mix of organized chaos and quiet focus. We deal with a lot of different tech solutions, and every day brings something a little different. It’s not always easy, especially when things don't go according to plan, but we just buckle down and figure it out. We don't have a dedicated marketing person to write these things, so we’re just writing it ourselves. We like this part of Bangalore because it’s got its own character. Most of the team lives around here, so we’re very much a local business. We don't go in for those fancy corporate retreats or big speeches. We’d rather just sit down and solve the problem at hand. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it’s served us well so far. We just keep our heads down, do our work, and try to make sure we're doing a decent job for whoever needs our help. That is pretty much all there is to it.
