You can find us at number 14 on 23rd Cross. We’re tucked away in the Krishnaiah Layout in Ittamadu, which is part of Banashankari 3rd Stage. It's a busy part of town, and we’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people on the street. We deal with all sorts of food items and spices. Usually, the day starts with checking what came in the night before. There’s a lot of movement, with bags being dragged across the floor and the sound of the sealing machines. It's not a quiet job. We don’t have any polished floors or corporate decorations. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, to be honest. We just focus on getting the food packs ready for the local shops. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit messy in the layout, but the work doesn't stop. We have a small kitchen area where we take our breaks and have some tea. Most of the guys here live nearby, so it’s a short walk for them. We don't spend money on fancy things; we just put it back into the equipment or the stock. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, handle the spices, pack the food, and make sure the delivery guy knows where he's going. It’s been our routine for a long time now and we're used to the pace.
