Areteminds Technologies Private Limited is located on the second floor of a building called Sai Kutira. We are at No. 10, right on the 4th Cross in Ramanjaneya Layout, which is part of Marathahalli. If you’ve ever been to Marathahalli, you know the traffic is probably some of the worst in the city, so most of us try to get in early or stay late to avoid the bridge. The office is a simple one. It’s got a few rooms where we’ve set up our workstations. We don’t have a big HR department or a cleaning crew that comes in every hour. Usually, we just tidy up after ourselves. The building is on a relatively narrow street, so parking is always a bit of a headache for anyone who drives a car. Most of us just use scooters. There are plenty of small eateries nearby where we grab breakfast or a quick snack. It’s a very local feel. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. We just have our computers, a decent internet connection, and a whiteboard that is mostly used for drawing diagrams that only half of us understand. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is just on getting the day's tasks finished so we can head home and do it all again tomorrow.
