Ailogixs Infotech Private Limited is based at No.333 on the 5th Main in Mico Layout, 1st Stage, which is in the Arakere area. The 4th Cross is the nearest intersection to where we are. This part of Bangalore is quite residential, so it has a very different feel than the big industrial or IT parks. Our office is a straightforward building that doesn't stand out much from the others on the street. Inside, it’s just a functional space where we have our computers and a few meeting tables. We don't go in for any of the flashy stuff you see in modern offices. The 5th Main road can get a bit busy with local traffic, but it's generally a decent place to work. We have a small team, and we all know each other's routines by now. Usually, someone brings in some snacks to share, and we have a small kettle for making tea in the afternoons. The walk from the main Arakere road isn't too long, so it's easy enough for people to get here without much trouble. We’ve had to deal with the usual city problems like power cuts or some noise from construction nearby, but we just work through it. It's a very honest and simple environment. We don't have any big missions or slogans on the walls; we just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to do them well.
