We are based out of Camden Castle in Pai Layout, specifically in unit 004. It’s on the 1st Main, 16th B Cross. If you come by, just look for the door with the B-16 door lock. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main roads in Bangalore. Agrioneek is a small operation. We started here because it was convenient and gave us a place to focus without all the overhead of a big office building. We spend most of our time in front of our laptops or in small meetings around the dining table that we turned into a workspace. It’s a very informal environment. We don’t wear suits or have strict rules about office hours as long as the work gets finished. Sometimes we have boxes stacked in the hallway when we’re getting ready for a project. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for us right now. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website with big claims. We just talk to our clients directly and try to solve the problems they bring to us. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We like the neighborhood because there are good tea stalls nearby where we can take a break and clear our heads. It feels more like a community than just a place of business. We’re just local people doing our best with the tools we have.
