Agn Hi Tech Farms Llp is based right here at No 19 Ranoji Rao Road in Basavanagudi. If you know this part of town, you know it stays pretty busy most of the time. We aren’t a huge corporation or anything like that, just a group of people working on farm projects. We use some modern methods, which is why the name says hi-tech, but at the end of the day, it's still farming. It involves a lot of dirt, waiting for things to grow, and dealing with the weather when it doesn't do what you want. We spend a lot of our time looking at data and trying to figure out how to get better yields without wasting resources. Some days are just spent fixing sensors or checking irrigation lines that got clogged. It is definitely not a desk job, even if we do spend some time in the office here in Basavanagudi. We like being in this neighborhood because it’s central and easy to get around from. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There isn't really a boss who just sits around; we all get our hands dirty when needed. We don't really do big advertising or anything fancy. We just focus on the plants and the systems we have set up. It’s hard work, but it feels right to be doing something practical. We’ve been at this location for a while now and it suits us fine.
