Aerthly Tech Private Limited is up on the 10th floor, specifically C-1004, in the Aisshwarya Excellency Apartments. This is right on Old Madras Road, directly opposite the Tin Factory. If you know that landmark, you know the traffic can be a bit wild around here. Being on the 10th floor is actually a good thing because it gets us a bit higher than the street noise and the dust. The view from up there shows just how busy this part of the city is. Aisshwarya Excellency is a pretty well-known complex in the area. We’ve been operating Aerthly Tech from this flat for a while. It’s a mix of a homey feel and a workplace. We don’t have a big corporate sign out front, just the unit number on the door. Inside, it’s mostly just the team and our gear. We spend a lot of time looking at screens, so having the big windows in the apartment helps. The Old Madras Road location is convenient for transport, even if the Tin Factory junction is always a mess. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We grab lunch nearby or just order in when the work piles up. It’s not the most traditional office setting, but it works for what we are trying to do. It feels real and unpretentious, which is how we like it. The apartment setting keeps things grounded and simple for everyone involved.
