Advaitha Innovations Private Limited is sitting at 120, 1st Main in the Kanaka Layout area of Padmanabhanagar. It’s a pretty quiet residential-style neighborhood, which we really like. Our office is just a regular place where we come to work every morning. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything too loud. Most people who come by are regulars who know the way. Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just need a place to sit and think and get things done. Sometimes we all sit around the same table to figure out a problem. It’s a very informal environment. We might have tea together in the afternoon if things aren't too frantic. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work is moving along. Padmanabhanagar is a nice place to be based because it doesn't feel like the middle of a giant city. You can actually hear the birds sometimes. We’ve been here for a bit and we don’t have any plans to move. It’s a solid, simple space for a group of people who just want to do their work without any extra fuss. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice, and we just handle whatever comes our way during the day.
