Ad Innovations Private Limited is in G 1728 at Brigade Cosmopolis, right on 286 Whitefield Main Road. Being in a big complex like this has its ups and downs. The security at the gate is strict, so it takes a minute to get through sometimes. Our space is functional and doesn't have much in the way of decoration. We have some whiteboards on the walls that are usually covered in messy scribbles and lists. Whitefield is always under some kind of construction, so there is usually the sound of drills or trucks somewhere in the distance. We've got used to the background noise. The office gets quite a lot of light in the mornings which is nice, but it can get a bit hot by midday if we don't pull the blinds. There are a few of us here, and we all have our own little habits, like who likes the fan on high and who wants it off. We don't really do much for show. It’s just about getting the tasks finished. We have a small area for taking breaks, though most people just stay at their desks. The commute is the hardest part for most of us, but once we’re here, it’s a steady pace. It’s a practical place to work, and it suits what we need right now.
