3Jay Innovations Labs Private Limited

Our place, 3Jay Innovations Labs Private Limited, is right on the ground floor of No. 62 in Anjanadri Layout. It’s in the Horamavu Agara area, near the Kalyan Nagar post. Being on the ground floor is pretty convenient since we don't have to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs when we're carrying equipment in. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood, which helps when you need to concentrate on difficult work. We spend our time working on various tech projects and trying out new ideas to see what sticks. The office is basically one big room where we all sit together. There aren't any private offices or fancy partitions here. We find it easier to just shout across the room if we have a question. Sometimes we stay late when we're in the middle of a big project, and other days we head out early if the work is done. It’s a very flexible way of doing things. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that to talk us up. We just let the work speak for itself. The area around Horamavu Agara is growing fast, but our little corner still feels like a regular residential street. It’s a comfortable place to be, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We’re just a bunch of people who like building things and solving tech puzzles. No frills, just honest effort every day we come in.
