Our office is on the first floor of building number 513/267-07 in Shanthinikethan Layout. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood in Bangalore, which suits us just fine. 11 Pbg India Private Limited is a small business where we handle various administrative and operational tasks. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s necessary. We deal with a lot of paperwork, coordination, and phone calls. The office is just a couple of rooms with some filing cabinets and computers. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk to say hello. We’ve been in this layout for a while now and we know most of the people nearby. We aren't a big corporation with branches everywhere. It’s just this one spot. We try to be helpful when people call us up with questions. Most of our days are spent checking lists and making sure things are where they are supposed to be. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get the tasks done before the day ends. Sometimes we stay a bit late to catch up on filing, but usually, we're out by six. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re okay with that. There's a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk when the weather is nice and the work is slow.
