Sree Sujatha Patterns & Engineering

Over in Attibele, we have our small engineering setup. Sree Sujatha Patterns & Engineering has been here for a while. It’s right on the edge of the industrial area where things are always moving. We mostly work on patterns and small engineering parts that people need for their own projects. The machines we use are loud and take up most of the floor space. There isn't much room for anything else, to be honest. We have a small desk in the corner for paperwork, but it’s usually buried under drawings and measuring tools. The air in Attibele can get pretty thick with exhaust from all the trucks passing through to the border. We keep the doors open to get a breeze, even if it brings in some dust. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have any managers in suits walking around. It’s just us in our work clothes, getting things sorted out. Some days are busier than others. When a big order comes in, we stay late and order some food from the place down the street. We don’t really think about things like "mission statements." We just look at the piece of wood or metal in front of us and try to make it match the drawing. If it’s right, then the job is done. That’s all there is to it. No need to complicate things.
