Innovative Engineering Solutions

Our workshop is over at C-93 in the KSSIDC Industrial Area, down in Bommasandra off Hosur Road. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, especially with the traffic on the highway, but once you’re in the industrial area, it’s a bit more organized. Innovative Engineering Solutions is where we handle various technical tasks and projects. It’s a functional space, nothing more. We have benches for assembly and some space for the computers where we do the planning and layouts. The roof is corrugated metal, so it gets quite loud when it rains, and we have to yell to be heard over the noise. We don't have a big sign outside, just the number painted on the gate. We spend most of our day dealing with drawings and making sure the parts fit together like they are supposed to. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee because the nearest shop is a bit of a walk from here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we take some pride in making sure things actually work when they leave our shop for the customer at the end of the day.
