We operate out of Villa No. H-44 in the Chaitanya Smaran complex. It’s located in Seegeehalli, right off the Hosakote Main Road near Kadugodi. It’s a nice change of pace from the typical office buildings you see everywhere. Working from a villa gives us a bit more space and a much more relaxed vibe. There’s a bit of a garden area, and it’s generally pretty quiet, which is exactly what we need when we’re trying to focus on development. We’ve been here for a while now, and it’s become a second home for most of us. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re a small team, and we like it that way. It means we can actually talk to each other without having to schedule a meeting two weeks in advance. The kitchen is always stocked with snacks, and there's usually a pot of coffee going. We don’t have a receptionist or a big corporate logo on the wall. We just have our workstations and a few whiteboards covered in scribbles. Most of our days are spent just grinding away at whatever project is on the table. It’s not glamorous, but it’s good, honest work. We enjoy the community here at Chaitanya Smaran; it’s a friendly place. Being near Hosakote Main Road makes it easy enough to get around when we need to. We don't overcomplicate things. We just come in, do what we're supposed to do, and enjoy the process of building something new.
