We are based out in the rural area of Channapatna at 1 Doddaballapur Heggadihalli. It is quite a distance from the main city of Bangalore. Compile And Run Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is the name of our small company. It is very quiet out here compared to the noise and constant horns of the city. We have a simple building that we use for our work. There are fields around us and you can see a lot of green when you look outside the windows. It is a good place if you like peace while you are working on code. We don't have any of those big office perks like a gym or a catered lunch. We all just bring our own food and sit together in the small break area to eat. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of our location but we make it work somehow. Most of the people who work here are from the nearby villages or they don't mind the long drive. It is a very practical and honest way to work. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big decorations for the walls. We just have what we need to do our jobs properly. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you are not used to the rural roads. But we like the atmosphere and how calm it is every day. It feels like a different world from the tech hubs.
