We’re out in Devanahalli, at G-03 in the Pavillion Villas at Brigade Orchards. It’s a bit of a trek from the main part of Bangalore, being out in the rural district, but it’s a lot quieter out here. We handle the operations for Atp Hr Tech Private Limited from this spot. It’s more of a villa setup than a standard office, so it feels a lot less stiff than the places some of us used to work. We have our desks set up in the main area, and there’s usually some clutter like folders and old charging cables lying around. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. Since we’re a bit far out, we don’t get many random visitors, which is fine by us. We just focus on the HR tech side of things and keep our heads down. There's a bit of greenery around the complex which is nice when you need to step outside for a minute. We don't have a big HR department of our own or anything like that; we’re just a small team making things work. Usually, we're just busy with emails and software stuff. It’s not a polished corporate environment with glass walls. It’s just a villa where a few people come to work every day and try to get things right. We like the pace out here away from the city noise.
