Our place is located in Kudugudde, which is part of Baya Village in the Belthangady Taluku. It is quite different from the big city offices you see in Bangalore or Mangalore. We are right in the village, so it is very quiet and green all around us. The post office is nearby, and everyone in the area knows each other. We do not have a big glass building or a paved parking lot. It is just a simple setup where we handle our daily tasks. Most of us grew up around here or have family nearby. The pace of life is a lot slower in Belthangady, which we actually prefer. We work on our computers but we also take time to step outside and breathe the fresh air. It is not a corporate environment at all. We might have a neighbor stop by to say hello or a dog wandering near the door. We handle our tasks as they come, focusing on getting things right rather than rushing through them. The village life suits our style of working. We do not have fancy coffee machines; we just make some tea in the back. It is an honest way to work, being close to home and away from the noise. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We are just a small operation in a quiet village doing our part every day. It feels like a real community here, which is something we value.
