Macalac

Our business, Macalac, is situated at 63/29 in Ballarappa Colony, which is part of Bapu Ji Nagar. It is a bit of a residential area mixed with some small workshops and businesses. The streets are a bit narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have a decent-sized space where we keep our operations running. It is nothing too fancy, just some desks, chairs, and the equipment we use every day. We have been in Bapu Ji Nagar for a while now and we know the local shops where we get our lunch. The atmosphere is generally friendly, and people look out for each other. Our building is a bit older, and sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble, but we manage. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on doing our work and talking to the people who come to see us. Most of the day is spent handling phone calls and sorting through files. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent business and earn a living. It is a simple setup and it works for us. If you are ever in Ballarappa Colony, you might see us coming and going from the unit. We usually close up around six and head home for the day to rest.
